The Kusin Sauna Hat is a traditional Nordic-style sauna hat designed to insulate the head during high-temperature sauna sessions, reducing scalp and hair exposure to extreme heat. Wearing a sauna hat allows you to stay in the sauna longer and more comfortably, because the head — your body's most heat-sensitive area — stays closer to a normal temperature even as the room reaches 80–100°C.

Handcrafted in Sweden, the Kusin features a dual-layer construction that traps a cushion of cooler air against the head while allowing moisture to escape, so it breathes rather than overheats. Reinforced stitched edges hold the shape over hundreds of sessions, and the unisex fit suits most adult head sizes.

Each Kusin Sauna Hat ships in a wooden presentation box with a certificate of authenticity, making it a considered gift as well as a daily-use sauna accessory. Machine-washable on a [cold/wool] cycle. Available with a choice of edging colors to match your personal style or sauna setup.
